삶이 때론 강팍하고 힘에 겨울 때가 있을 수 있죠. 저도 그래요. 늘 다른 곳으로 떠나면 달라질까 행복해질까 하는 기대감과 막연한 동경이 지금 나를 더 초라하고 힘들게 할 때....그냥 이렇게 축축한 노래 들으며 좋아하는 음료 한 잔 마시며 편한 자세로 앉아서 쭉 스트레칭 하며 심호흡을 해 보세요. 저는 이렇게 스스로를 위로하거든요. ^^
